Why OTeva exists
Clinical documentation needs to describe more than an isolated skill. It needs to show what a child wants and needs to do, what supports their participation, and how that changes over time.
OTeva brings caregiver input, your observations, goals and professional reports into one connected workflow, from the first questionnaire to the last certificate.
What guides it
The documentation follows the domains of the Occupational Therapy Practice Framework: occupations, contexts, performance patterns, performance skills and client factors. It supports your reasoning; it doesn't diagnose, decide treatment or replace your judgment.
AI can turn the information you supply into structured wording. You provide the observations, check meaning and accuracy, and decide what goes in the final record. It's optional: everything works without a provider.
Records stay in one database file on the computer where OTeva is installed. There's no account and no cloud, and nothing is sent to us.
